About us

Our adventure started with tinplate trade and continued with the philosophy of providing the best service. We believe that tinplate will shape the future of packaging; adapting to the evolving technology while being compliant with safety requirements. Tinplate sourcing and processing has been our sole focus since then.

Established close relationships with local tinmills gives Eurostar quick access to 1 million tonnes of tinplate source. Our geograﬁc advantage enables us to serve customers from 38 countries in Eastern Europe and MENA regions. Primarily, we collect prime excess and overrolled coils followed by good secondary and master coils that are then cut (as straight or scroll) and classiﬁed . We place orders to local tinmills with respect to customers’ orders and are able to print sheets in our facility.

1 -Coil cutting and sorting service for tinplate / tfs

-Sheet width range : 500-1200 mm

-Sheet length range : 500-1200 mm

-Max tolerance : ±0,15 mm

-Max. coil weight :12 tons

-Class 1A, class 2A, assorted sheets, misprints.

2 -Tinplate / tfs in coils and sheets

-Thickness: From 0,13mm to 0,50mm

-Width: From 500mm to 1100mm

-Length: From 500mm to 1200mm (or in coils)

-Temper: From TH/TS230 to TH/TS550 (as BA or CA)

-Coating: From 1,0 gr/m2 to 11,2 gr/m2 or TFS

-Surface: Matt, Stone, Fine Stone, Bright

-Standards: EN10202 – EN10205

-Origin: Turkish tinmills the most, plus other European and Asian tinmills

-Quality: Prime production order with two months delivery time, prime excess and overrolled materials as class 1A from stock. Additionally, good secondary and master coils “as is” from stock or we can cut them in our plant.

3 -Printing and coating service for tinplate / tfs:

We are able to offer the most quality printed and coated sheets in a very short time. Our printing and coating machines are from the best brand of its sector.

We have a Computer to Plate (CTP) machine in our print shop. With this technology, an image created in a computer is outputed directly to a printing plate. We are able to start printing within a few hours after we receive an image from a customer.
